About Priorto

For more than sixteen years, Priorto has existed at the critical intersection of acute care, surgical precision, and physiological intelligence. Founded as a specialized response to the growing complexity of high-acuity environments, we have evolved into a global architect of integrated clinical ecosystems—not merely a supplier of devices, but a partner in the relentless pursuit of patient stability and procedural excellence. The company designs, engineers, and validates every system architecture—multi-parameter monitors, ventilators, infusion systems, operating room equipment, hemodialysis platforms, cardiopulmonary testing devices, and MRI-compatible life support—with full ownership of product definition and critical interfaces. Priorto works with a select group of world-class manufacturing partners, sets the specifications, conducts independent acceptance testing, and takes complete accountability for clinical performance in the ICU, the operating theatre, and the diagnostic laboratory.

The portfolio spans six interconnected solution families. Physio-Neural Monitoring includes multi-parameter bedside monitors, central surveillance dashboards, EEG/PSG systems, and Holter recorders. Critical Care Support covers invasive and non-invasive ventilators, infusion pumps (syringe and volumetric), blood and fluid warmers, and airway clearance systems. Operating Room Equipment integrates surgical tables, operating lights, anesthesia workstations, surgical microscopes, and energy-based instruments. Hemodialysis & Renal Care comprises dialysis machines, chairs, water treatment systems, and consumables. Cardio-Pulmonary Testing includes spirometers, diffusion systems, body plethysmographs, and CPET platforms. MRI-Compatible Systems offers patient monitors, ventilators, and infusion pumps designed for safe operation inside the MRI suite.

The enabling infrastructure also includes central surveillance software that aggregates data from monitors, ventilators, and infusion pumps; RFID-based surgical instrument tracking; and closed-loop drug delivery interfaces. An acute care environment is only as strong as its weakest integration—and the link between devices matters as much as the devices themselves.

From a community hospital’s four-bed ICU to a tertiary referral center’s hybrid OR and 30-station dialysis unit, Priorto delivers coherence: monitors, ventilators, pumps, and surgical systems integrated into a single, supportable clinical fabric. No data silos. No incompatible workflows. One system that works reliably, backed by people who know how a critical care unit runs.

History

Priorto was founded in 2010 to unify critical care devices into reliable and simple clinical workflows. The goal was to control core technology, integration and long term support.

Priorto built its own system design, signal processing and clinical validation. The first focus was the intensive care bedside. The team created the full chain from data capture to ventilation control to infusion control and worked with partners to build subsystems to Priorto standards. This produced integrated monitors, ventilators and pumps with stable data, clear alarms and strong reliability under one brand.

The same model supported expansion into the operating room with tables, lighting, anesthesia units, microscopes and energy instruments in one control system. For renal therapy Priorto created its own fluid control methods, dialysate systems and patient software and built full dialysis systems with machines, chairs, water treatment and consumables.

Priorto then added cardiopulmonary testing including spirometry, diffusion, body tests and exercise tests with its own sensing methods and gas analysis. MRI safe monitors, ventilators and pumps completed the range. The company also built support tools such as central dashboards, instrument tracking, drug control links and consumables like dialyzers and breathing circuits.

Today the Priorto range covers the full acute care path. It is a single integrated system where monitors, ventilators, pumps, dialysis units and operating room tools work together. A patient path from intensive care to surgery to dialysis is continuous and Priorto supports the full path without other brands.

Progress is steady and disciplined with better signal quality, fewer false alarms, faster ventilator response and constant feedback from clinical staff. Reliability is the basic requirement. One system at a time. One brand. One team.

Why the Name Priorto

Priorto is more than a name. It expresses our mission and comes from the word priority, reflecting that in acute care not everything is equally urgent and technology must support that fact. The name links clinical focus with operational clarity in intensive care, operating rooms and dialysis centers.

Our logo uses deep blue as the base color. Blue suggests trust, stability and calm, like a well run unit at night or the steady work of clinical staff. It is a neutral field where true priorities stand out and also recalls venous blood, monitor waveforms and the cool precision of calibrated devices.

The wordmark is simple and forward leaning with no decoration. It reflects our belief that in high acuity settings clarity is safety and that a name which is easy to read and recall under stress is a clinical asset.

The surrounding geometric form suggests a central dashboard and the merging of many data streams, uniting monitoring, ventilation and fluid management. It represents our role as an integrator that turns different modalities into one clear clinical picture.

The logo works on three levels, the dashboard as system architecture, priority as clinical decision support and the foundation as engineering discipline. Together they state that Priorto provides both wide context and focused detail on what matters most, built on reliable execution. The name is short and clear and the logo makes that promise visible. There is no hidden story, only a direct purpose to help clinicians see clearly, act decisively and put the patient first.

Our Values and Purpose

Priorto exists to deliver acute care technology that clinicians can trust without hesitation, devices that work together like a team, raise the right alarm at the right time and never force a choice between speed and safety. That trust rests on three values that come from how the company actually works.

Clinical Integrity Every published specification is honest and can be verified. Infusion pump accuracy, ventilator pressure limits, pulse oximeter perfusion index and EEG impedance are based on real clinical conditions, not ideal tests. Small errors in dose, pressure or signal can harm patients, so Priorto does not exaggerate and treats every waveform, alarm and number as a representation of a real person.

Uncompromising Reliability In high acuity care good enough is not acceptable. Failures such as a monitor losing connection during transport or a dialysis system miscalculating fluid removal destroy trust and create danger. Priorto validates loss free data handover, tests backup batteries for long operation and runs ventilators in extended continuous tests before shipment. When problems appear the response is to find and fix the root cause, not to offer excuses.

Collaborative Partnership Responsibility continues long after delivery. Priorto provides on site training, remote support, preventive maintenance and ongoing quality follow up. Integration with hospital record systems and third party devices is standard because no unit runs on a single brand. Support also covers alarm rules, workflow design and staff challenges. Success is measured by whether the acute care department runs smoothly day after day.

These values shape every product, every partnership and every hour of work. Priorto is not a middleman but a brand that stands behind every waveform its systems produce.
